Terms of use

Clear expectations.
Before the first pitch.

Website terms and planned app access. Read together with our privacy policy and the license shown in the App Store.

About these terms

Effective October 17, 2026. These terms cover the Flight43 website and describe the planned app service. Flight43 is in development. A public download, paid subscription or launch date is not promised by this website.

Contact hello@pitchcall.app with questions. Your mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by these terms.

App license

The Flight43 iPhone app, when distributed through the App Store, is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different applicable license is shown in the App Store. Apple is not the provider or sponsor of Flight43’s training service.

Use the app and website lawfully. Do not copy or redistribute Flight43’s software or brand assets beyond applicable license rights and the permissions in our press kit.

Training use and model results

Flight43 supports a measured 43-foot setup and nominal 12-inch-circumference softballs. Camera capabilities, light, blur, occlusion, calibration and radar matching affect the available evidence. Surface rotation estimates and Magnus-based transverse-spin inference represent different methods.

The models have not yet been field validated. Results are training information and should be reviewed alongside the recorded evidence. The app may leave a measurement unavailable when the capture does not support it. No particular measurement quality or outcome is promised.

Choose a safe mounting location, protect the equipment and obtain appropriate permission to record people. You control recordings and exports from your device.

Planned 50-pitch allowance and subscriptions

The planned launch offer is a one-time allowance of 50 successfully analyzed pitches. Failed or rejected analyses will not count. The allowance is not 50 pitches per month and is not an Apple time-based introductory trial.

After the allowance, continued analysis is intended to require an App Store subscription. Billing and allowance enforcement are being added in a separate app change. Plan names, billing periods, prices, eligibility and any renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Launch pricing is not yet finalized.

When offered, subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before the renewal deadline shown by Apple. Payment, renewal charges and cancellation follow the terms displayed at purchase and Apple’s applicable rules. Deleting the app will not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel in Apple account settings; request refunds through Apple’s purchase support. Restore access using the restore-purchases option once that feature is available.

Any future changes to the allowance or paid plans will be described before they apply. There is no purchase to make on this website.

Files and privacy

You retain control of recordings you create. Keep your own copies of files you need. Local deletion, device loss or app removal may remove your recordings. Backups and exported copies are handled separately by their destinations.

See the privacy policy for details about permissions, local processing, support correspondence and website hosting.

Availability and third parties

Features and supported hardware may change as development continues. A compatible iOS version does not establish camera-format or radar compatibility. Third-party radar products, Apple services and Firebase Hosting have their own terms and availability.

To the extent allowed by law, the website and development information are provided as available without an additional guarantee of uninterrupted service. The app’s license and applicable consumer law govern the app’s warranties and liability.

Updates and contact

Changes will be reflected in the effective date and communicated where required. Questions about the app, website or these terms can be sent to hello@pitchcall.app.
